Foundation Farms is a premier Equestrian facility nestled in the beautiful north Georgia mountains of Dahlonega,GA.  We offer a full range of activities & amenities for you and your horse.

Our state of the art facilities include:

• Entertainment room with fully furnished kitchen
• (2) hot/cold water grooming stations
• Climate controlled classroom and waiting room
• (4) bathrooms with showers
• Climate controlled school tack room
• 4 board fencing on all paddocks and pasture
• 12x12 stall including private paddock cleaned daily, with individual lighting, heater, measured automatic waters, fans, automatic fly spray system, customized permanent rubber flooring and drainage system and bedding.
• Lockable individual tack closet in boarder lounge: room for 2 saddles, bridles, halter, groom box, clothes, helmet, etc.
• Lighted 200x100 arena covered with fans with beautiful mountain views
• 225x300 outdoor arena
• 60 x 60 round pen
• Stadium stands (seating for 60 people) Also room for your own comfy chair.

• Access to National Forest trails (right out the back yard) no trailering required

• No extra charge for feeding supplements: owner is responsible for proper dosing and packaging for daily administration: one months supply requested (smart paks / labeled zip lock bags)
